Our #KendraGivesBack Event was a hit!

One thing that we value the most out of this blogging adventure is being able to give back to our community. Last Monday we hosted a #KendraGivesBack party at Kendra Scott The Woodlands for Star of Hope! We were so excited to meet our followers and shop for a cause!
We encourage you to find a mission or charity that speaks to your heart! Living in Houston, I daily see a need that the homeless have. Just about everyday we would see someone digging in our trash, sleeping on our sidewalk, or just waiting for someone to pass by. It BROKE my heart. That here we are sleeping in a warm, safe home and these people are struggling to make it to the next day. Star of Hope’s mission is to meet the needs of homeless

Star of Hope’s mission is to meet the needs of homeless men, women, and children and provide structural support for them to get back on their feet in society. They are a true blessing to this city and we’re honored to be able to offer our time and donations. It is SO simple to give back. It costs you almost nothing. All you need is an open and giving heart and as much as you are blessing people in need, they are blessing you 100x more.
