Hey, gals!
You’ve got your man, now it’s your turn to pop the question to your bridesmaids! I’m that girl that has several friend groups and being from Texas, I could have had 33 bridesmaids and no one would bat an eye. When it came down to it, my 8 nearest and dearest girlfriends said “DUH!” to being in our wedding. I put together cute little boxes for each of them and sent them off in the mail. I loved surprising them with these bridesmaid boxes and I thought I would share how I put them together!
I knew I needed to ship the boxes rather than hand deliver them for two reasons. 1) No one lives super close to one another except a few and 2) I wanted to surprise them! I went on Etsy like any bride-to-be would and searched “custom bridesmaid boxes.” I found lots of really cute options but was sold on the all white, personalized boxes. They came with the names already on each box with crinkle paper inside. The paper worked out really well as it gave a little cushion while in the mail!
I went with a little Capri Blue Volcano candle and pink pajamas to go inside the box along with a card! I can’t find the pajamas online anymore but I linked similar pajamas and robes that would be perfect to gift your bridesmaids!
That’s all I included in the box but I wanted to share Birdies Slippers! These would make for amazing gifts for your bridesmaids. Not only can they wear them for getting ready at the wedding but it’s something they can wear long after bridesmaid duties! I love mine and wear them religiously!
Anything personalized is also a great route to go! Include custom jewelry, champagne flutes, makeup bags. Anything monogramed can never go wrong!
If you’re you wanting to get your gals a little something, I hope this post helps! My biggest advice when asking your bridesmaids: forget about the gift. Forget about how expensive or nice it is. Gifts are always fun to give and receive but it’s what comes from the heart that matters! Just let them know how thankful you are to have them support you in your future marriage. What a lonely place this world would be without girlfriends!
