Hello, loves! Give yourself a pat on the back for making it to Wednesday! This week I started the Bikini Body Guide which is a bundle of workouts and meal plans for 12 weeks! Don’t get me wrong, I love my body. But ever since I quit dancing and became a little less active, naturally I saw a little…umm…change! And if anything else, we go to Italy in a few weeks and I’m certain we will be eating and drinking profusely so I’m being proactive!
I barely can walk up and down the stairs from the 100’s of jump squats. My butt better look phenomenal after these 12 weeks are up.
I want to thank everyone who watched my Snapchat tutorial! I was truly overwhelmed with the response and how much positive feedback I got! It’s so crazy that I did the tutorial to help everyone with their make up and in return y’all gave me a major confidence boost! #doublewin
I’ve decided that I am going to give Youtube a go! I’m really nervous about it but I feel like it will help all of you view my tutorials much easier rather than replaying all of my snaps! Please be patient with me as I am so new to the Youtube world. I’ll be sharing my beauty tips and tutorials…wish me luck!
